But what was starting to get right up my nose was just how long it took to find the really GREAT products. Time I should have been spending on other aspects of my business.
So I took a step back and thought about it.
I write software for a living (well, part of a living). I've been doing it for more years that I care to remember. So I figured the best thing to do would be to write something that made things easy for me.
It would cost me time to write and test the software but it would save me tons of time down the road when I was using it to research products.

It is not as hard as you may think. Your not doing anything wrong, it's just that no one ever taught you what you need to do to make money with affiliate marketing.
Let's say that you are promoting 5 affiliate links and your main way of promoting them is through Google Adwords, and you are paying $0.50 per click. Lets do the math:
Lets say you promote: 5 links
you pay: x .50 per click
that equals: $2.50 to get 1 view per link

Of course, accomplishing that task can use up so much energy, you'll most likely be blurry-eyed and brain-dead by the time you're done.
And that's after ONE website. What happens when you need to repeat the process for dozens or even hundreds of sites?
Most likely, you'll wind up cutting corners. Just get yourself a few decent links here and there. Or worse, not even bother to accumulate links for the rest of your sites.
We all know that's not really an option. Not if your ultimate goal is to generate substantial online income (which of course, it is).
But there IS a solution...

It all started with one studentmyself.
I always loved writing and my English teachers always told me I was a good writer. But that wasn't enough to get my work published in the markets I wanted to be published in. I started reading all the writing technique books I could find.
